Long Beach Coast Baseball is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly experience for every guest at Blair Field. Please review the following policies before you arrive. All items are subject to security screening, and admittance of any item is at the discretion of security personnel and Ballpark Management.
Accessibility & ADA Accommodations
Long Beach Coast Baseball is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests at Blair Field.
Accessible Parking
Guests requiring accessible parking may pull directly into our main lot and will be accommodated upon arrival.
Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please have your state-issued accessible
parking placard or plate visible for staff.
Additional Accommodations
• Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to speak with any LBC Staff member upon arrival for assistance.
• Seating accommodations and mobility device access are available throughout the ballpark.
• For questions about specific accessibility needs prior to game day, please visit Fan Services upon arrival.
Bag Policy & Bag Check
All permitted bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 12 x 6 12&.Other permitted bags include one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar) and small clutch bags not exceeding 4.5 x 6.5, with or without a handle or strap.

Bag Check
Blair Field offers bag check for non-compliant bags. Guests arriving with prohibited bags will be directed to the bag check station before entry. All bags are screened upon entry using our Evolv security system, operated by CSC Security.
Animals
Service Animals are welcome at Blair Field. A service animal is a dog or miniature horse individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. Comfort or emotional support animals are not permitted inside the ballpark.
Service Animal Guidelines
• Animals must remain on a leash, harness, or restraint at all times unless a disability prevents this.
• The owner is fully responsible for the care and supervision of the animal at all times.
• Service animals that are out of control or not housebroken may be asked to leave.
• Service animals are not required to wear a vest.
• Ask any LBC Staff member for directions to the animal relief area.
Banners & Signs
Guests are welcome to bring signage that supports the Long Beach Coast and enhances the ballpark atmosphere. All signs are subject to final approval by Ballpark Management.
Guidelines
• No larger than 3 x 5
• Must be game- or team-related; commercial, obscene, offensive, or political signage is prohibited.
• May not be affixed or hung anywhere within the ballpark.
• May not obstruct the views of other fans, the scoreboard, or any signage.
• Must be made of paper or lightweight cloth-like material.
• Cannot have a support pole or stick unless made of soft, bendable plastic under 2' in length.
• Cannot be battery-operated or contain lights.
Clothing, Gear & Accessories
LBC strives to make Blair Field safe, family-friendly, and positive for guests of all ages. Nudity, obscene or offensive clothing, or clothing with derogatory language or imagery is prohibited.

Concessions
Blair Field features one concessions stand located directly in front of the main entrance. Guests receive a ticket from the concessions line and pick up their order at the food pick-up window to the right of the entrance.
Beer & Beverage
• Beer is available to the left as you enter the main gate.
• Additional beer service is located on the third base side, near the Kids Zone.
• Alcohol sales are subject to applicable state and local laws. Valid photo ID is required for all alcohol purchases. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at any time.
Costumes & Costume Apparel
Guests are welcome to wear team-themed costumes and fun attire. All costume pieces are subject to additional security screening.
Rules
• Costume items may not conceal your identity at entry and ticket checkpoints.
• Staff may ask you to remove a mask or headpiece at any point; guests must comply or may be subject to ejection.
• Costumes may not obstruct the view of other fans or present a safety risk.

✖ Costumes imitating law enforcement, security, or stadium personnel

✔ Soft-sided or soft-shelled headpieces
✔ Service member accessories without a full costume (e.g., fireman helmet)
Drugs, Smoking & Tobacco
Blair Field and all surrounding areas are strictly smoke-free and drug-free. No exceptions.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, marijuana, and all illegal substances are prohibited throughout the entire Blair Field campus, including the parking areas. There are no designated smoking areas on the premises. Guests who wish to smoke must exit the ballpark entirely. Per our No Re-Entry Policy, guests who leave will not be readmitted. Please plan accordingly.

Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverage of any kind is permitted inside Blair Field. This includes all outside drinks — sealed, capped, or otherwise — with the sole exception of one (1) factory-
sealed water bottle of 20 oz. or less per guest. All other outside food, beverages, flasks, thermoses, and personal containers are prohibited. All food and beverage must be purchased inside the ballpark.
Medical Dietary Accommodation
Long Beach Coast Baseball complies with all applicable state and federal laws regarding guests with medical dietary needs. Guests who require outside food or beverage for a documented medical reason may request an accommodation at the main gate prior to entry, subject to the following requirements:
• The guest must present a signed letter from a currently licensed physician (MD or DO) on official letterhead, dated within the current calendar year.
• The letter must state that the guest has a medical condition requiring specific food or beverage not available at the ballpark. No diagnosis, condition name, or personal medical details are required or requested.
• All approved medical food and beverage items must be in sealed, commercially packaged containers where applicable, and are subject to security screening upon entry.
• Approval is determined by Ballpark Management at the gate and is not guaranteed in advance. Guests with complex needs are encouraged to contact LBC staff prior to game day to discuss
accommodations.
• Approved items will be logged by gate staff for that game only. No personal medical information is retained or shared.
• This accommodation applies to the ticketed guest only and is non-transferable.

Lost & Found
Lost items found within Blair Field will be turned in to Fan Services. Guests who have lost an item are encouraged to visit the Fan Services window before exiting the ballpark. Lost items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or disposed of.
Medical Supplies
Medically necessary items are permitted but may be subject to additional security screening. Items that could be deemed as weapons will not be allowed on-site. Please contact us in advance if you have questions about a specific item.
No Re-Entry Policy
Once you exit Blair Field, re-entry is not permitted.Please plan accordingly and ensure you have everything you need before leaving the ballpark. This policy applies to all guests regardless of ticket type, including guests who exit to smoke. Guests who exit the ballpark during the game will not be readmitted.

Ticket Policy
All guests must have a valid ticket to enter Blair Field. Tickets are required to be presented at the gate and upon request by any LBC Staff member or security personnel throughout the event.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless an event is cancelled or postponed by Long Beach Coast Baseball.
• The resale or scalping of tickets on Blair Field property is strictly prohibited.
• Counterfeit, altered, or duplicated tickets will be confiscated and the holder may be denied entry or removed from the ballpark without refund.
• Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder. LBC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Re-entry is not permitted once a guest exits the ballpark.
Wheels & Mobility Devices
Prohibited
✖ Motorized scooters, Segways, and motorized bikes
✖ Skateboards, non-motorized scooters, hoverboards, and wheeled footwear

Any item that could potentially be used as a weapon is subject to confiscation by ballpark security.

Guest Code of Conduct
Long Beach Coast Baseball is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every fan. This Code of Conduct applies to all guests within Blair Field on game days.
• Treat fellow fans and all LBC Staff with respect and courtesy.
• Refrain from unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior. Verbal or physical harassment of any person is strictly prohibited.
• Refrain from the use of foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Do not unreasonably obstruct the view of other fans.
• Clothing may not be commercial, obscene, offensive, inflammatory, or political in nature.
• Do not interfere with the progress of the game, including throwing objects or liquids onto the field.
• No guest is permitted on the field of play at any time. Violators will be removed and may be subject to arrest.
• Dispose of waste in the provided labeled trash and recycling receptacles.
• Defacing or destroying any ballpark property — including with stickers — is strictly prohibited.
• Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and only in permitted areas. No glass containers.
• Follow all instructions from law enforcement and LBC Staff at all times.
• Present your ticket when requested by staff or law enforcement.
• Bicycles must be secured in the designated bike area. Unsecured bicycles may be removed.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:
• Ejection from the ballpark without refund
• Loss of ticket privileges for future games
• Possible civil or criminal action

Audio & Video Surveillance
For the safety of all guests, audio and video monitoring is in use throughout Blair Field on game days. By entering the ballpark, you consent to being recorded as part of our standard security operations.
